I had ordered 2 things (3 if you count the free ring) for Mothers Day a candle (duh ) and a lil gnome guy, but the gnome had shipped first then the candle and free ring, now the candle and ring came within a few days of being shipped but the gnome only arrived yesterday , regardless I'm still very happy and made my mum happy on Mother's day (and yesterday because the gnome was also one of her gifts )

I bought 4 Disney surprise gifts, and not only were the 4 of them the same- which were VERY disappointing that you would send 4 of the same ones- but also that 2 of them were broken, 1 chipped, and one the handle is in pieces. Of all the pieces I've bought over the years I've NEVER been so regretful for this purchase. You didn't say you'd be getting the same ones if you bought multiple of the surprise ones, and they'd be broken!!! I am not HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS, I'D RATHER HAVE MY MONEY BACK THEN 2 OF 4 OF THEM BE THE SAME ONES!!! WHAT A DUMB THING TO SEND THE SAME ONES

I loved the items that I got at charmed aroma online! I did make a video that was uploaded to tick tock but my friend did it and I'm not sure where it is . It was totally cool. I unboxed all the items in the 12 days of jewelry. Loved it. All the rings were beautiful. Some of them had a value that I would have never thought was so high. One was worth $250. They all were worth over $30 I was very impressed. I would absolutely recommend it to anybody who asked me! My daughter has already put in a request for a birthday present in the fashion of the 12 days of jewelry. She loved opening it with me and checking the numbers to see the value! Yes, we loved it!

Wished they use order size to determine free gift sizing. It was pretty, I liked it but like am a size 7,8 ring and got a size 10 ring gave it away to a friend. Too big.

My one ring has a diamond missing and didn’t have it on long and was appraised more than the other two rings got free

The rings I received are absolutely stunning! The only problem I had was that they are size 10, which isn’t my size but regardless, I still love them.

I gave the rose to my girlfriend for valentines day. She absolutely loved it however I noticed a string of glue on the globe where the knob on top is glued, when I picked it up the rose inside was not mounted, inside of the globe appears to be several scratches. My girlfriend couldn't wait to get the ring so she told me not to return it for another one. It's been two weeks now and the gold on the ring she got from it is chipping off. I also bought the book necklace Beauty and the Beast box. The butterflies that was supposed to fly out when opened barely moved, the rubber bands on them seemed to be covered in wax, the sticker on the lid of the metal container was halfway sticking up, she hasn't retrieved the necklace from the candle yet. All in all she is okay with it but I am not! The quality of all the items could have been better.

Was supposed to come with a free ring. Never received. Which is what it is. Idk. Can’t review something I never received.

I buy your products for the scent or design, not for the jewelry, which I typically give away. Some items are snapped up immediately by friends. Others linger, especially rings that are much too large for anyone I know.

I ordered the grome and a surprise shape candle which happened to be a snowman. Both amazing unfortunately after I lite the snowmen he cracked down the side. But I hurry and put super glue down the crack so that way I could burn it down to get the jewelry. But I got the Most beautiful earring out of him so I was still happy. Loves both candles

The candles smell amazing. The jewelry is okay I mainly buy for the smell of the candles. Recently bought the Advent calendar the charms were great the necklace and bracelet clasps keep opening so I ended up losing two terms that I did not enjoy

I have about 35 of ur rings they are all so pretty get alot compliments when wear them!I've gotten 4 rings that were in the 100 to 200 dollar mark!And rest about 50 dollar and couple 30 so did really good just got both these yesterday and fit and look great keep it up ur customer for life

I bought the surprise candles for the holidays after reading really good reviews but to my dissatisfaction all 5 candles were the exact same candle, same size ring and same scent so I was quite disappointed. From the reviews it was assumed that the surprise candles would be a variety not all the same candle. Quite disappointed. The free ring was a size 7 and all the candles were a size 10.. which is hard to gift. Size 10 is quite large especially for females.
