Some of the jewelry is less appealing vs in your pictures….perhaps you should in the future let the customer pick their own jewelry by choice?? But then again wouldn’t be a surprise now would it!!! also it was my birthday Nov 9th and have been a loyal frequent customer, for numerous years now. And it would be fantastic as a “promo” to give a free surprise candle for there birthday free of charge!! Give back to the customer….and birthdays are once a year right!? Well….that in itself, will also ensure you will have “customers” for years to come! Vs the standard “members” who sign up, and only come on the site, or in store to get the “first customer” discount, or the “first time customer, sign-up” promotion. And then never come back, online, or back in-store again…..And for the customers who actually enjoy the living shit, out of ALL your products!! they will all buy, and love absolutely everything! And we can’t forget about the candle itself! Long lasting, slow burning and the smell has to be AMAZING!!!
