The first one I received got broken during shipping, but customer service was outstanding and quickly shipped me a replacement that came in perfect condition this time. The light and everything about it is so pretty, plus it turns into a case for keepsakes once you're done with it. All around great value and a must for Beauty and the Beast fans. The scent is a musk rose.

I have spent a lot of money with charmed aroma and if any candles have been broken or damaged they have been very great to take care of resending candles or doing gift cards for sold out items or discontinued items. Love these guys and their candles. Keep them coming I want more!!!!

You should really change the packing on this candle I usually love this site and have no problems but I ordered this candle for my mom for Christmas and it came broken I just received the second that you guys sent that I am very grateful for but it also came broken. Obviously the packaging need adjusting or even maybe a fragile sticker because it's ridiculous to buy an expensive candle and it come in broken. Any other candle is great though

I am impressed with Charmed Aroma for this one. I originally bought this candle when it first got released and it arrived damaged in the mail due to its design. The company did give me a refund even though they weren't obligated to. Now, this candle has been re-released and I took a chance and ordered it again. I was pleased to see that the design has been improved significantly and the candle arrived in perfect condition. The rose is larger and more sparkly when turned on, and the way it's attached inside the glass dome is a lot sturdier. Awesome!
