I answered poor to shipping as mine came with 2 other items and mine was broken when it arrived. When i looked in the box i knew one of them were broken just by looking at how it was packaged. These items have to travel a great distance and get handled by multiple people so it should have been wrapped a bit better than it was to survive the trip. Things should not be lose in the box, should be tight with no movement in the box to lessen the chance of breakage. Coming from an ex shipper/reciever that is my opinion, you need to train a little better especially when your product gets shipped all over North America. Thanks for listening, love your products, this will not stop me from purchasing in the future, but sure would save you money in the long run if things were packaged properly.

I absolutely love the candle. When I first saw the ring I loved it. Within 2 days of wearing it, it was so tarnished. I was so disappointed. I am still wearing everything that I have ordered from Charmed Aroma before and it still looks beautiful.
