Item came nicely and securely wrapped in bubble wrap. For some reason was re-routed but still arrived (but most likely the postal service mistake). The smell is fantastic and can’t wait to use that mug it’s so freaking adorable! Have not reached the ring yet though

I often purchase Charmed Aroma products as gifts. I think they make wonderful gifts for the females in our lives. You should really consider a market for men. I finally decided to purchase something just for me. The absolutely adorable Fox candle called my name. It came quickly as all my produce from CA does. When I opened it, I was so sad to see that the poor little guy had a chip in their ear. I took a photo and sent it in to customer service. They were friendly, quick with their reply and made me feel valued. They immediately apologized and sent me out a new little fox candle. I just received it in perfect condition. Thank you Charmed Aroma. The candle smells wonderful.
