I was very disappointed to receive my flawed gingerbread mug/candle, when I contact customer service I was offered 10% off my next order not including sale items. I have asked for a better offer but not heard anything yet, yes cup is usable, but obviously flawed and should not have even been shipped, now they are out of stock.

The item extremely cute!! The fragrance is strong, can definitely smell the gingerbread throughout the house, such a neat idea and it can be used as a mug when the candle is away gone. I can't like enough, I would most definitely recommend this for the holidays!
